b00dLaunch is a non custodial tool. We never hold your assets. You interact directly with open source smart contracts deployed on a public blockchain. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, and every transaction you sign.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use crypto related software where you live. You are responsible for following all local laws and tax obligations.
Anyone may deploy a token. b00dLaunch does not vet, endorse, or verify any token, creator, or community. A token ending in 0xb00d is a branding feature only and implies no affiliation or quality signal.
Meme tokens are highly speculative and can lose all value. Liquidity is locked at graduation, but that does not guarantee price, trading volume, or survival. Only interact with funds you can afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, b00dLaunch and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or the contracts.
