b00dLaunch is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. By accessing the app or deploying a token you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

No custody

b00dLaunch is a non-custodial tool. We never hold your assets. You interact directly with open-source smart contracts deployed on a public blockchain. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, and every transaction you sign.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use crypto-related software where you live. You are responsible for following all local laws and tax obligations.

Token creation

Anyone may deploy a token. b00dLaunch does not vet, endorse, or verify any token, creator, or community. A token address ending in 0xb00d is a branding feature only and implies no affiliation or quality signal.

Risks

Meme tokens are highly speculative and can lose all value. Liquidity being locked does not guarantee price, trading volume, or survival. Only interact with funds you can afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, b00dLaunch and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or the contracts.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See the docs for more detail on how the protocol works.
